Early Childhood Intervention Co-ordinator Kim Parris

Professionally, I have been working with children, families and the wider community for the past 25 years. I have an in depth knowledge of child development and gain great satisfaction into providing strength based programs for children. I also work for Charles Sturt University mentoring and assessing teaching students as they undertake their practicums in local childcare and school services. My team and I feel very privileged in providing a Team Around the Child approach in helping to support you in your time of raising a young family. Life Skills Training Co-ordinator Diane Graham

Diane has been working with Cowra Special Needs Services since 2007. Di is a passionate and dedicated member of the CSNS team and enjoys her role as Life Skills Training Coordinator. Di gets great personal satisfaction in service users conquering their goals and developing new skills, and appreciates how even the small things can make such a huge difference in people’s everyday lives. Di always works with the Life Skills Training motto in mind ‘Supporting and assisting people to live the life they want to live’.


Post School Options Co-ordinator Narelle Russell

With 18 years’ experience in disability services, Narelle has worked through many changes in the industry, and has maintained a passion for providing quality service, with a focus on developing skills through providing opportunities to the individual, in a fun and friendly environment.


Flexible Respite Services Co-ordinator Rowena Lefever

Rowena has gained invaluable experience working with Cowra Special Needs Services for 12 years. Rowena is dedicated to creating a warm, inviting and safe environment for our service users, whilst allowing their carers a break from their caring roles, and working with families and support workers in providing the best possible service for all.


Social Support Co-ordinator Jenny Friend

Jenny has been working for Cowra Special Needs Services since 2003, and in her current role as Social Support Co-ordinator for the last 9 years. Jenny loves that our services are so diverse, and our aim of helping our service users remain in their own homes is achieved, and we get to meet many wonderful people.
